Many Adventists are familiar with GLOW tracts. These are the little pamphlets we give to people in an effort to share our faith. While GLOW has been translated to many languages, including Tagalog (which is the main language in the Philippines), another individual decided to personalize it even more by making her own into a Tag-Lish (Tagalog-English) version.
This individual happens to be my friend and she recently reached out to me about this ministry. An active GLOW giver in the past, she was a bit disappointed that these tracts are not readily available here in the Philippines — especially in a language that the modern Filipino can understand. Refusing to wait on the sidelines, she went ahead and wrote her own Bible studies in conversational Tagalog.

While the idea is like GLOW, it is not a translation of existing GLOW tracts. She made her own from scratch and is currently using MS Word Publisher to design. Currently, she has 8 very catchy titles:
1. Ano ang Mensahe ng Estatwang Metal Para sa Iyo? (Topic on the Second Coming of Christ)
2. Simple Mathematics: A + B = C, C – B = ? Ano ang Sagot? (Topic on the State of the Dead)
3. Umuusok at Lumalagablab na Tanong: Forever Nga Ba Talaga? (Topic: Is Hell Real?)
4. Siguradong Mahal Ka Niya…Ikaw, Mahal Mo Ba Siya? (Topic: Christ’s Love for Man)
5. Payag Ka Bang Gawin Ito sa Bahay Mo? (Topic: The Body is the Temple of God)
6. Binilang Mo Na Ba ang Mga Paa ng Gagamba? (Topic: Sabbath Truth)
7. Pera: Pagpapala o Sumpa? (Topic: Stewardship)
8. Papasa ka Kaya sa Christmas I.Q. Test? (Topic: Literal Coming of Christ)
It’s a one-person ministry with some volunteers from the local Adventist church. We are so excited to help her out in this venture by helping with design and layout of the Cebuan version of the tracts, as well as co-write other tracts on other doctrinal topics.
For orders: Please call (0926-001-2451) or (0907-655-0444). You may also email her at ForeverGoodNewsTracts@gmail.com. Currently, each tract is priced at P1.00, a very small price to pay for sharing God’s good news!
