Some blessings can be creepy. I met these two cuties when I moved to this PAMAS airbase and God just knitted my heart to theirs
Long post short we kept sharing our adventures with them — eating, walking, worship, working etc. On my last post somehow their mother saw it and sent me a private message saying thanks.
So I had an amazing idea, the little princess came to the house this evening and I did the most awesome thing, I called her mother on video chat, gave her the iPad.
I held back my tears why?
“Mama, Papa is not drinking anymore”
“Momma I am praying for you”
The rest I am lost to.

Her brother was not with her, he came later. I was having my late lunch so I had her dine with me and we talked about my day and her day etc. Made me felt like a dad bonding with my little girl.
Anyway, her bother finally showed up at the house, fed him too then called their mother again. Yup, the mom cried. I guess she has not seen their little faces in awhile.
But before the call, the most amazing thing happened. Her brother does not know how to pray for his food. So I asked her to be the one to pray. I honestly thought that she was just going to pray for his food. Instead, she had him repeat after her, she had him pray for my wife, myself, the food and also their mother. She just turned 6 years old last month.

After a very long exhausting day flying, that’s what I came home to. Some blessings can be creepy but for me, I just can’t stop embracing every moment God uses me to be a blessing to others and myself
